CISA: Major steel mills' average daily steel products output records 2.06 million tons in mid-Nov

According to data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), Chinese major steel mills produced about 20.65 million tons of steel products in mid-November 2020. The average daily output was 2.06 million tons during the period, up by 2.51% MOM and 7.79% YOY.
During the reported period, major steel mills held steel products inventory of 12.57 million tons, a decrease of 277,500 tons or 2.16% from early November while up by about 3.04 million tons or 31.86% from early this year. The figure was also up by 3.85% or 465,900 tons from the comparable period of last year.
