BEIJING (Asian Metal) 5 Nov 20 - According to China Customs, China's dead burned magnesia export volume was 70,953t in September 2020, recording a growth of 37.90% from August 2020 but a decline of 37.50% from a year earlier. From January to September 2020, China totally exported 659,266t of dead burned magnesia, indicating a decline of 15.22% compared with the same period of last year.
In September 2020, the top three export destinations of China's dead burned magnesia were India, Japan and the United States respectively. In this month, China exported 11,990t of dead burned magnesia to India, up by 26.48% MOM and 40.16% YOY; China exported 9,785t of the material to Japan, increasing by 31.04% MOM but dropping by 32.24% YOY; China exported 8,828t of the material to the United States, rising by 419 times MOM but down by 67.26% YOY.
