According to Zhenshi Holding Group, on October 8 local time, the No.4 electric furnace of Yashi Indonesia Investment, a subsidiary company of Zhenshi Holding Group, saw first batch of ferronickel, indicating that the ferronickel project of the company with an annual of 300,000t was put into operation.
Zhenshi Holding Indonesia Yashi is the first Chinese company with both ferronickel resources and ferronickel smelters. Its phase one project is made up of four production lines all located in Weida Bay industrial park. It can produce 35,000t of nickel metal equivalent in full operation.
