Lomon Baili announced on September 28 that the company's holding subsidiary Yunnan Guotitanium Metal Co., Ltd. intends to invest in the construction of a 30,000-ton rotor-grade titanium sponge intelligent manufacturing technology transformation project. The construction site is Qinfeng Industrial Park, Qinfeng Town, Lufeng County. The total investment is estimated at RMB 1,856.0 million (USD272 million), and the construction period is 2 years.
Lomon Baili said that the implementation of the project will enrich the company's titanium product series, rely on the company's existing industrial chain, further leverage the company's scale advantages, enhance the company's position in the titanium industry, and promote the company's optimization and upgrading of the entire industrial chain of titanium concentrate-chloride titanium slag-chloride titanium dioxide-titanium sponge -titanium alloy.
