Lidao New Material completes installation of world's widest aluminum composite production line

Recently, a new aluminum composite production line this year has been installed in the industrial base of Jiangsu Lidao New Material Co., Ltd. The production line has a width of 2.85 meters, which can coat composite aluminum. The super wide surface can improve the coating effect of aluminum and reduce energy consumption.
The new project covers an area of 131mu, with more than 53,000 square meters of new workshops and supporting buildings. Six new production lines of colored aluminum and two imported production lines have been installed, with a total planned investment of 600 million yuan (87.9 million US dollars). After the project is completed, the annual output of color coating and anodized alumina might reach 40,000t, with the annual sales reaching 900 million yuan (132 million US dollars).
It is reported that at present, the first widest aluminum composite production line in the world in the production workshop of Lidao New Material has been installed and is undergoing commissioning, and the second production line is already under installation. The other four production lines will all be installed within this year. There are also two production lines introduced from abroad, but due to the COVID-19 epidemic, the equipment is temporarily unable to be delivered.
