AM Stats: China's inventory of domestic bauxite down by 3.38% MOM in late Aug

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 11 Sep 20 - According to Asian Metal Database, China's inventory of domestic bauxite was about 10.7 million tonnes in late August 2020, down by 3.38% MOM while up by 2.1% YOY.
In late August, the inventory of domestic bauxite in Shanxi was up by 1.92% MOM to around 4.51 million tonnes, and that in Guangxi increased by 7.14% MOM to around 2.25 million tonnes. The inventory in Guizhou was about 1.95 million tonnes, down by 12.16% MOM, and that in Henan was about 1.70 million tonnes, down by 16.67% MOM.
China's inventory of domestic bauxite in late August could suffice for consumption of around 48 days, shrinking by 2 days compared with late July.
