On July 28, 2020, the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) voted to make the third sunset review affirmative final determination of industrial injury on ferrovanadium imported from China and South Africa, and ruled that if the current anti-dumping measures are cancelled, the substantial damage caused by the import of the products involved to the domestic industry of the United States may continue or recur within a reasonably foreseeable period
