Xuzhou shuts down four coking companies in late Jun

According to the Xuzhou Industrial and Information Bureau, in late June, all four coking enterprises, Xuzhou Dongxing Energy, Xuzhou Zhongtai Energy, Xuzhou Longshan Coking, and Xuzhou Weitian Chemical, were shut down. Eleven coking enterprises in the city have been optimized and integrated to form three comprehensive coking enterprises.
As of the end of June, the coking enterprises retained in Xuzhou were Jiangsu Yizhou Coal Coking Co., Ltd., Xuzhou Jiantao Energy Co., Ltd., and Xuzhou Tian'an Chemical Co., Ltd., with a total reserved coking capacity of 8.59 million tons, down by 54.5% compared with original designed production of 15.69 million tons.
