USITC makes second sunset review decision on electrolytic manganese dioxide from China

On June 9, 2020, the International Trade Commission (ITC) of the United States voted to make the final affirmative determination of the industrial injury of the second sunset review of antidumping for the electrolytic manganese dioxide imported from China. It ruled that if the current antidumping measures were cancelled, the substantial injury caused by the import of the products involved to the domestic industry of the United States might continue or recur within a reasonably foreseeable period. Based on the above affirmative industrial injury final determination, the current anti-dumping measures in this case continue to be effective. In the ruling, five members of the U.S. International Trade Commission voted yes.

On March 20, 2020, the U.S. Department of Commerce made the final judgment of the second fast sunset review on anti-dumping of electrolytic manganese dioxide imported from China.
