Sanxiang Advanced Materials to invest RMB68 million in nano zirconia project

Sanxiang Advanced Materials announced on June 8 that in order to promote the company's strategic development planning and deployment, continue to be stronger and more powerful in the industry, deepen and expand the business in zirconium industry, the company intends to jointly invest with related natural person Shi Zhengjun in nano zirconia project. The implementation subject of this nano zirconia project is tentatively named Ningde Sanxiang Nano Advanced Material Co., Ltd. The company and its partners intend to make cash investments in proportion to the equity held for the implementing entity. The total investment for this project is estimated to be RMB100 million (USD14.13 million), with RMB 68 million (USD9.61 million) from the company and RMB 32 million (USD4.52 million) from the partner.
