On 17 April, Sichuan Anning Iron-Titanium Co., Ltd. successfully became an A-share listed company in SME board.
The company staged an IPO of 40.6 million shares with a unit price of RMB27.47 (USD3.88) to raise RMB1.115 billion (USD0.16 billion) in total. After deducting the issuing expense, the company will invest in V-Ti magnetite quality and efficiency improvement technological transformation project and Panjiatian iron mine technological transformation and expansion project and use it as the working capital.
