Fengcheng government recently sought public opinions about EIA report of Zhongce Copper's 150,000tpy secondary copper comprehensive utilization and deep processing project for the second time.
Zhongce Copper plans to invest RMB600 million (USD84.64 million) for building the project which will cover an area of about 150.68mu in the phase III Circular Economy Park in Fengcheng, Jiangxi.
