On July 5, the signing ceremony of the coke and coke oven high-end comprehensive utilization project with an annual capacity of 5 million tons invested by Shanxi Coking Coal Group Co., Ltd. was held in Jinzhong, Shanxi.
The project, located in Jiexiu City, "the home of coke" in China, is planned to cover an area of 2,000 mu and be built in three phases, with a total investment of RMB8 billion (USD11.62 billion). After completion, the company can realize annual sales revenue of RMB12 billion (USD17.44 billion) and generate profits and taxes of RMB1.5 billion (USD2.18 billion).
