APT production companies in Ganzhou to suspend or cut production from June on

Recently, APT production companies in Ganzhou, Jiangxi met together for a proposal of restricting APT production. All participating companies agreed on suspending or cutting their production from June on: companies agreeing with suspending production should be out of production for no shorter than 15 days, and companies agreeing with cutting production should cut their outputs of the month when they agree to do so by no lower than 30%.
At the same time, the participating companies called all their counterparts in China for restricting production capacity and cut outputs and also advised Chinese government to impose strict restriction policies on constructing new APT production capacities, so as to eliminate surplus production capacities, to advance the supply-end reform on the tungsten industry, to drive prices of upstream and downstream tungsten products back to the rational track, to safeguard supply order in the tungsten raw material market, and finally to realize a harmonious, win-win, healthy and sustainable development of the tungsten industry.
