Hengsong Industry & Trade starts construction of drying and dry separation project of ilmenite

On May 18, the project of ilmenite drying and dry selection technology renovation and construction project invested and constructed by Miyi County Hengsong Industry and Trade Co., Ltd. was put into operation.
The project is located in the electromechanical ditch of Wanqiupian District, Miyi Baima Industrial Park, which covers an area of 30mu with total planning investment of RMB50 million. The project will build a new production line of wet ilmenite--drying--packaging and medium titanium ore--dry-selected ilmenite respectively. After the completion of the project, it will have a production capacity of 400,000 tons per year of drying wet ilmenite and 150,000 tons per year of dry-selected ilmenite. The phaseⅠconstruction of the wet ilmenite drying production line will be officially put into operation in December 2019.
