BEIJING (Asian Metal) 19 Mar 19 - According to the latest data published by China Customs, China imported 301,000t of zinc ore and concentrate in January 2019, up by 22.7% MOM but down by 12.5% YOY.
In January, China imported 123,000t of zinc ore and concentrate from Australia, up by about 6.9% MOM but down by about 9.4% YOY. Imports of zinc ore and concentrate from Peru amounted to 42,000t in China, down by about 3.2% MOM and by 46.7% YOY.
