30 large and medium sized deposits found in Anhui in 2018

It is learnt from Department of Natural Resources of Anhui Province that in 2018, Anhui continued to conduct mineral prospecting and basic geologic work, and found 30 large and medium sized deposits and determined 57 prospects among 79 districts.
Among the deposits, 8 are metal ones and 22 are non-metal ones, including 216 million tons of iron ore, 1.36 million tons of copper, 35,000t of molybdenum, 109,000t of lead-zinc, 230,000t of gold, 18,000t of antimony, 8.5724 million tons of sulfur, 7.354 million tons of quartz sandstone and 13.5668 million tons of pottery claystone.
