According to a joint announcement from Ministry of Ecology and Environment, Ministry of Commerce, National Development and Reform Commission, and General Administration of Customs, there are eight kinds of scrap material including steel scrap, copper scrap and aluminum scrap that have been added to the list of imported solid wastes as raw materials that are restricted in China, and the change will be effective from July 1, 2019.
