Chinalco acquires 50% shares of Shanxi Huaxing

Chinalco announced on late 11 December that it won the bids for 50% shares of Shanxi Huaxing Aluminum Co., Ltd. with amount of RMB2.665 billion.
Shanxi Huaxing is mainly engaged in the production and sale of aluminum and relevant minerals, smelting products, processing products, carbon products and non-ferrous metals.
