Hailiang Group starts construction of non-ferrous intelligent manufacturing industrial park

On December 8th, Hailiang Group held a grand opening ceremony for its non-ferrous intelligent manufacturing industrial park ("the Park") in Zhuji modern environmental protection equipment high-tech industrial park.

With a total investment of 6,128 million yuan, the Park has a planned area of 1,000 mu and the construction is divided into three phases. As for the first phase, the company plans to build a 400,000tpy copper and copper alloy bar intelligent energy saving, emission reduction, relocation and expansion project and expects to finish the construction in December 2019; in regard to the second phase, the company plans to construct a 150,000tpy precision aluminum project which is expected to be delivered in June 2021; with respect to the third phase, the company will build non-ferrous metal processing upstream and downstream extension project and innovative experimental platform project with the construction for both of the projects expected to be completed before December 2022.
