Zhejiang Hailiang to raise funds for several copper projects

Zhejiang Hailiang disclosed its plan for public issuance of convertible bonds on the evening of Nov. 30. to raise no more than RMB3.25 billion to be used in seven projects, including the construction of copper and copper alloy bars of 170,000tpy, the construction of new copper tubes of 60,000tpy in the United States, and the intelligent manufacture of copper and copper alloy precision seamless tubes of 70,000tpy for air conditioning and refrigeration.
