Fujian to set up Au-Cu-Al clusters of hundred millions

Fujian development and reform committee and Fujian economic & information committee issued the Plan on Promoting Construction of Hundred Million Industry Clusters from 2018 to 2020 (the Plan) recently, determining to focus on industries of power battery, rare earth graphite, modern steel, stainless steel, Au-Cu-Al and other 27 clusters of hundred millions.
Construction plans of the Au-Cu-Al cluster are as follows: Centering on Longyan gold, Longyan and Ningde copper, Nanping, Fuzhou and Xiamen aluminum processing industries and depending on Fuzhou aluminum processing cluster, Shanghang Jiaoyang recycling economic industrial park to support and expand scales of Zijin Mining, Chalco Southeastern Copper, Nanping Aluminum, Chalco Ruimin, Xiashun Aluminum Foils and develop IT industry, transportation, aluminum profiles for solar energy and radiator, high precision aluminum plate & foils, compound materials, copper, copper belt and tube for electronics in order to achieve annual value of RMB135 billion by 2020.
