Pangang Group finishes transformation of ilmenite drying system

Pangang Group Mining Company's titanium concentration plant put its two ilmenite fine grain drying production lines' automatic control system into operation successively on September 2nd and 7th and finished the transformation of all of its three drying production lines' automatic control system now.
It is known that the plant has three drying production lines including two for fine grains and one for large grains. However, all of the three production lines showed different problems and affected the production . Therefore, it launched the transformation project officially in March.
It added equipment operation and important energy data detection instruments on the original production lines and equipped them with corresponding hardware equipment and reserved software interface with production control system. As long as the operator sits in the centralized control room, he can comprehensively monitor the real-time operation and energy consumption of the three drying production lines, and adopt technical measures to eliminate the production accidents and safety accidents caused by human factors in the production process.
