China to continue with environmental acceptance check

Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE) announced on 26 July to strictly implement The Three-year Plan for Controlling Air Pollution, improve regulations and technological standard system, strengthen regulation and deepen reform of environmental governance mechanism. In terms of regulation, MEE will continue with environmental acceptance check conducted by central environmental inspection teams in order to strengthen supervision on air pollution control in key regions and punish and fine ecological environment violations according to laws.
