JCHX announced on May 11 that JCHX and Zijin Mining have signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two sides decided to establish a strategic cooperative relationship. They will fully integrate mine construction projects, mining operations, mineral product trade, and mergers and acquisitions at home and abroad and use their respective advantages to develop active cooperation and build long-term strategic partnerships with complementary strengths.
