On January 10, 2007, following the affirmative final determination of anti-dumping sunset review on China's foundry coke, the United States extended its anti-dumping order on the products involved for the first time . On June 8, 2012, following the affirmative final determination of anti-dumping sunset review on China's foundry coke, the United States extended its anti-dumping order on the products involved for the second time . On May 1, 2017, the U . S . Department of Commerce issued an announcement to launch a third anti-dumping sunset review investigation on foundry coke imported from China . On August 4, 2017, the U . S . International Trade Commission voted to determine the investigation procedures for full-scale anti-dumping sunset review on industrial damage caused by foundry coke imported from China.
. As for the determination, four members all gave positive votes . According to the above affirmative ruling results, the existing anti-dumping measures for foundry coke from China will continue to be effective.
