Boway Alloy to raise nearly RMB1.5 billion to build special alloy strip projects

On the evening of March 9, Boway Alloy announced that the company is to issue non-public offerings of no more than 12.54 million shares (inclusive), which will not exceed 20% of the total share capital of the company before the issuance. The total amount of funds raised shall not exceed RMB1,491,257,100. The net proceeds raised after deducting issuance expenses shall be used for the "50,000tpy-capacity special alloy strip project".
