Dushan Zhongke Jingyuan puts new semiconductor materials into operation

On February 4, Dushan Zhongke Jingyuan Information Material Co., Ltd. formally operated new semiconductor material project, which symbolized an essential step for the development of new material industry in Dushan.
The project settled in the economic development zone in November 2016 with a planned investment of over RMB60 million totally. The company which intends to construct 250 gallium arsenide production lines operated a total of 48 production lines on February 4 and it can achieve an annual capacity of about 600,000 millimeters of gallium arsenide after all production lines are fully operated, realizing the production value of RMB100 million and tax of RMB10 million per year.
As one high-tech company set up by Beijing Zhongke Jingdian Group in Dushan, Dushan Zhongke Jingyuan Information Material Co., Ltd. mainly engages in the R&D, production and sales of new semiconductor material GaAs monocrystal, which is largely used for the production of LD, LED, OEIC, photovoltaic device, MESFET, HEMT, HBT, IC, microwave diode, Hall, etc and is the most important backing material in photoelectron and microelectronics fields.
