Kaili Catalyst New Materials Co., Ltd.’s capital increase project was listed in West Assets Equity Exchange and the listing deadline was the 15th of December. According to the announcement made by the company, Kaili Catalyst plans to raise RMB70-120 million for relevant project investment, establishment of rare earth metal company, repayment of bank loans as well as replenishment of liquid funds.
