CNNC Hua Yuan Titanium Dioxide (“the Company”) announced on November 6 at night that it planned to acquire 33.3% of stock equity of Yixing Huayi Staining Technology (“Yixing Huayi”) with RMB31 million. According to the Company, it will strengthen its market competitiveness through cooperation on iron oxide business with Yixing Huayi whose brand is quite influential.
Yixing Huayi mainly engages in research and development of staining materials, manufacturing and marketing of new type of iron oxide staining materials, selling of chemical products and raw materials, and self-managing and agency of import & export business of all kinds of commodities and technologies.
