Huludao Nonferrous' nonferrous metal output reaches 410,000t in 2016

According to data released by MCC Huludao Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd. (Huludao Nonferrous) recently, the company produced 410,000t of nonferrous metal in 2016, up by 13.8% YOY; they overfilled the annual production plan for gold, silver, indium, antimony, bismuth, germanium and other minor metals; the total industrial output value reached RMB9 billion throughout the year, up by 13% YOY; the total profits were RMB0.18 billion, up by 19.1% YOY.
It is reported that the company’s cathode zinc output was 167,000t in 2016, a new high in the history; the total output for crude copper was 109,000t, not only reaching the designed output, but also being 9,000t more than the designed capacity; the annual output for crude zinc and crude lead were more than 100,000t for the first time in the history, up by 16,000t YOY; the annual output for refined zinc was 68,000t, higher than the production plan.
The company overfufilled all production plans for minor metals in 2016. In particular, the silver output was 10t higher than the production plan, up by 22% YOY; the electrolytic indium output was 4t higher than the production plan, up by 17% YOY; the refined cadmium output was 55t higher than the production plan, up by 3% YOY.
According to the production plan in 2017, the company will produce 420,000t of minor metal in 2017, including 310,000t of lead-zinc, 110,000t of copper, 910,000t of chemical products; their total industrial value will be RMB9.6 billion with the objective of RMB10 billion and profits of RMB0.23 billion.
