After six years' rapid growth, China's steel exports fell for the first time in 2016, mainlly because of rising prices as well as frequent trade frictions, but 2017 steel exports is expected to retain million tons level.
According to the latest customs figures, China exported 7.8 million tons of steel in December 2016, down by 320,000 tonnes compared with last month, fell by 26 . 8% compared with the same period of 2015.
