China to impose 5% export tax on ferro-silicon

Beijing (Asian Metal) 9 May 05 - China announces to impose 5% export tax on ferro-silicon, effective from 1 June, China National Development and Reform Commission released the notice.

This is another action took by China government to adjust its export policies on metal export, after it announced to reduce or remove export tax rebate on tungsten, antimony, tin, zinc, silicon, rare earth products and so on.
