Note:

1. Registration can only be confirmed on receipt of payment or proof of payment.

2. Conference fee includes attendance to all sessions, refreshments, lunches, dinners, conference documentation and business salon, but accommodation and traveling fees are excluded.

3. A substitute delegate will be accepted. Cancellations must be received in writing prior to March 10, 2011 to qualify for a refund, but an administration fee of USD100 will be charged.

4. Participants will be informed of latest conference information, while final conference program will be available on April 8, 2011

5. In the event that the forum is postponed or cancelled by forces outside of Asian Metal's control, the Organizing Committee will directly refund all paid participants.
