The consumption downgrading has driven down the demand on the 3C consumer electronics market in 2018, the growth momentum of orders from the international market of lithium cobaltate and Cobalt tetrachloride has been running low. Will 2019 witness a robust recovery on the market of new energy power and 3C electronics?
The time for D.R.C. to implement windfall profit tax is yet to be confirmed.
