  • Kohei Yamada is a trader in charge of Antimony, Selenium, Tellurium, Bismuth, Cadmium business in AMJ. He graduated as a B.A. in Modern Chinese Studies, Aichi University and Master of Public Management, Waseda University. He joined the AMJ in 2009 and has been importing minor metals to Japan from all over the world and also exporting it to all over the world from Japan.

  • Mr Norman Ting graduated with a BSc. Engineering Degree, majored in Mineral Technology, at well known, Royal School of Mines, Imperial College, and University of London, England. He also has Master Degree on EMBA course at China Europe International Business School in 2006.
  • Mr. Ting joined Wogen London in 1985. He held various positions in Wogen Hong Kong and Wogen Beijing during 1986 to 1991. In 1991, Mr Ting was seconded to work as technical project manager for Comalco Aluminium (now is known as Rio Tinto-Aluminium) based in Brisbane, Australia.
  • Upon his returned to Wogen in 1994, Mr Ting has been the Managing Director of Wogen Pacific Limited since 1996 and he managed five Wogen offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chendu and Hong Kong, plus a newly set up wholly foreign owned trading company in Shanghai, staffed by nearly 35 commercial executives and qualified engineers. He has been trading and investing in rare metals and minor metals like antimony, tungsten and indium, minerals sands with 28 years experience. In 2008，he advised successful transaction of Beaverbrook antimony mines in Canada to Hunan Nonferrous Metals Group ( now, owned by China Minmetals).

  • Gu Yusheng (1979.3-2012.1) was First Secretary of Party General Branch, assistant mine manager, minister of safety & environmental protection ministry and board director of Human Chenzhou Mining Co., Ltd., executive director and general manager of Changde Chenzhou Antimony Co., Ltd., general manager of Hunan Zhongnan Antimony & Tungsten Import and Export Co., Ltd. as well as general manager assistant of Hunan Times Mining Machinery Co., Ltd.. He has been vice president of Shenzhen Jeff Industry Group Co., Ltd. and general manager of Guizhou Dongfeng Mining Group Co., Ltd. since February, 2012 as well as executive member of China’s Flame Retardant Society since 2004.
  • After Gu Yusheng took over as executive director and general manager of the company in 2002, Changde Chenzhou Antinomy Co., Ltd. recorded strides in operations and management in which pre-tax profits rose 1400% for the first time since 1991 as the company produced and sold 9,000 tons of antimony trioxide in 2005 compared with 600 tons in 2001. As the executive member, Gu Yusheng successfully organized and held annual conferences of China’s Flame Retardant Society in 2004 and 2005. Mr. Gu has achieved smooth transition for restructuring of the first state-owned Guizhou Dongfeng Mining Group Co., Ltd. and piloted the company steadily meeting strict requirements and regulatory approval of the company to be listed after he held the post of vice president of Jiefu Corporation and managing director of Guizhou Dongfeng Mining Group Co., Ltd. in July, 2012.

  • Aihua Dai has been researching on flame retardant plastic, epoxy resin, rubber, electronics, nylon and coatings industries for about 15 years. He established Dongguan Guanwei Trading Co., Ltd (Guanwei Company for short) in 2006 and holds the post of President and General Manager, and is also in charge of developing and securing clients in South China and South Asia market for antimony trioxide produced in Changde Chenzhou Antimony Products Company and managing customer relation. Dongguan Guanwei Trading Co., Ltd deals with antimony, bromine, phosphor, silicon, molybdenum, zinc, tin, aluminum and magnesium fire retardants and phosphorus and nitrogen compound flame retardant. In his 15 years of career, Mr. Dai visited fire retardant enterprises to look for technical exchange and cooperation and learn new knowledge on fire retardant. Guangwei Company achieved ever-growing turnover and expanding scale under his leadership. Products are sold to Taiwan, Europe and US and are popular with all clients.
