Participants believe that, on the contrary of the dim situation in 2009, indium and germanium regained rebound trends, also the attention from investors, and become the “metal star” with the skyrocketing prices since the end of 2010. Furthermore, the demand for the two materials was likely to surge with supports of active investors and the high expectation on the market. With the booming development of Chinese panel TV industry, the global demand for indium looks to further increase, accelerated by the repaid upgrade of CIGS, and the germanium industry is going to face wonderful opportunities for extending industry chain based on China’s policy for “optical fiber industry” and developments of space solar industry and infrared industry.
After successfully holding forums of indium and germanium over the past two years, Asian Metal would like to thank all companies involved in this forum for their significant and marvelous support, and we will never give up our faith of promoting the development of indium and germanium industry.
