Ganfeng Lithium plans to issue H-shares to expand overseas lithium resources projects

On February 25, Ganfeng Lithium announced that the company planned to hold a general meeting of shareholders and sort shareholders meeting to specially empower the company to issue no more than 48,040,000 overseas listed foreign shares (H-shares) and go public on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange. After this issuance, the newly issued H-shares accounted for 16.67% of full H-shares and 3.45% of the total equity of the company. The net proceeds of this issuance will be used in capacity expansion, potential investment, operating capital and general corporate purposes. Capacity expansion mainly refers to overseas lithium resources projects of the company. Potential investment on lithium resources probably consists of ores, brine, lithium clay, etc.
