    Central government to sell up to 10% equity in SAIL

    The central government will sell up to 10% equity in Steel Authority of India Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright The OFS for non-retail investors opens on Thursday.Asian Metal Copyright ("SAIL") through an offer for sale ("OFS") slated for January 14 and January 15.

    The central government will sell 5% equity in the central public sector enterprise under the steel ministry while keeping the greenshoe option, or option to sell further equity of 5%, in case of an over-subscription.

    The floor price has been set at Rs 64 per share. The OFS for non-retail investors opens on Thursday. While for retail investors, it will start on Friday
