    Central government to sell up to 10% equity in SAIL

    The central government will sell up to 10% equity in Steel Authority of India Ltd.Asian Metal Copyright The floor price has been set at Rs 64 per share.Asian Metal Copyright ("SAIL") through an offer for sale ("OFS") slated for January 14 and January 15.

    The central government will sell 5% equity in the central public sector enterprise under the steel ministry while keeping the greenshoe option, or option to sell further equity of 5%, in case of an over-subscription.

    The floor price has been set at Rs 64 per share. The OFS for non-retail investors opens on Thursday. While for retail investors, it will start on Friday
