On December 24, Yunnan Aluminum Co., Ltd. issued the revised fixed increase plan, saying that it plans to privately issue 938 million shares to raise no more than 3 billion yuan (459 million US dollars) for the green low carbon hydropower aluminum integration project of Yunnan Wenshan Aluminum Co., Ltd., the supplement of working capital and the repayment of bank loans.
Its related party, Chalco, will participate in the subscription of this non-public offering of A shares, with a subscription amount of no more than 320 million yuan (48.99 million US dollars). The two parties have signed relevant subscription contracts.
