In November, as overseas market demand began to pick up, the price of overseas molybdenum raw materials rose slightly; domestic market demand performed well, and the price of molybdenum raw materials rose overall. Prices for Chinese molybdenum concentrate increased, which supported the price of Chinese ferromolybdenum to rise. Prices for ammonium molybdate in China increased supported by the cost of raw material and market participants were cautious to close deals. Prices for sodium molybdate, ammonium heptamolybdate and high-purity molybdenum oxide increased, with few deals closed in the market. Prices for molybdenum powder edged up supported by the raw material cost.
