CISA: Major steel mills' average daily steel products output records 2.08 million tons in mid-Oct

According to the data released by China Iron & Steel Association (CISA), Chinese major steel mills produced 20.77 million tons of steel products in mid-Oct 2020. The average daily output was 2.08 million tons during the period, up by 1.95% MOM and 10.21% YOY.
During the reporting period, major steel mills held the steel products inventory of 13.69 million tons, up by 96,600 tons or 0.71% from mid-September. The figure increased by 4.16million tons or 43.61% from early this year.
