Jiangsu Delong reorganizes Shente Steel

The custodian of Jiangsu Shente Steel Corporation issued an announcement on October 17. After two rounds of selection process, Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co., Ltd. was finally determined as the reorganization investor.
Shente Steel, located in Liyang, Jiangsu, is a combined iron and steel enterprise integrating sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, and steel-rolling. Its main products are bar and wire rods. The registered production capacity of the Shente is 2.25 million tons of ironmaking capacity (550,000 tons of capacity was auctioned off by the judicial system, and the procedure of objection to the execution of the judicial auction is still in trial.), 2.7 million tons of steelmaking capacity, and 4.66 million tons of hot-rolled product capacity.
