According to the production and operation express for September released by Hunan Valin Steel Co., Ltd., the company's output of steel products was 2.09 million tons, 5.43% lower than 2.21 million tons in August, and the sales volume was 2.1 million tons, down by 7.08% from 2.26 million tons in August.
In September, Valin Steel's iron output recorded 1.77 million tons, up by 0.57% month on month; and the output of steel was 2.26 million tons, down by 0.88% from the previous month.
From January to September, the company's output and sales volume of steel products totaled 18.46 million tons and 18.28 million tons respectively; the output of iron totaled 15.65 million tons and that of steel totaled 2.26 million tons.
