Jiangsu Delong, NISCO and Zenith Steel to invest in reorganization of Shente Steel

The custodian of Jiangsu Shente Steel Corporation on September 28 provided an update on the recruitment of investors for the reorganization of Shente Steel.
On September 26, under the on-site supervision of Liyang People's Court and Liyang Notary Office, three companies were picked out as potential investors for the second round of selection process, namely Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry Co., Ltd., Nanjing Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. (NISCO), and Changzhou Zhonglida Venture Capital Co., Ltd. owned by Zenith Steel Group Co., Ltd.
The three companies determined as candidates will sign letter of intent with the custodian before September 30, 2020 and pay deposits concerning the reorganization of Shente Steel before 5 p.m. on October 10, 2020.
