Aksu starts construction of VRB Industrial Park

On September 23, the ground-breaking ceremony for the Vanadium Redox Flow Battery (VRB) Industrial Park in Aksu, Xinjiang was held in Aksu Economic and Technological Development Zone.
This project is the first energy storage equipment manufacturing base invested and built by Weilide Energy Group in Xinjiang, with the total investment of about RMB700 million (USD103 million). It will build a high-level automated digital factory of 40000 square meters, and can have the production capacity of 100MW VRB storage equipment after the construction ends. Its annual output would be not lower than RMB3 billion (USD440 million) within three years after it achieves the target output, with the profit tax no less than RMB240 million (USD35.18 million).
