Midea to put Meizhi Photoelectricity Technology listed on Growth Enterprise Market

On September 26, Midea unveiled its plan on spinning off subsidiary Meizhi Photoelectricity Technology and putting it listed on the Growth Enterprise Market.
Meizhi Photoelectricity Technology has two main businesses including LED lighting and other intelligent parts. At present, Midea holds a 56.70% stake in Meizhi Photoelectricity Technology, of which 50% is directly held by Midea and 6.70% is held via Midea's fully owned subsidiary Midea Innovation and Investment Co., Ltd.
