On the evening of September 23, CNGR Advanced Material Co., Ltd.'s IPO application on the Growth Enterprise Market (GEM) was approved, indicating that the company has achieved another step toward getting listed on the GEM.
CNGR Advanced Material plans to issue no more than 56.97 million shares on the GEM with outstanding shares after issuing no lower than 10% of the total issues, and it hopes to raise RMB1.662 billion (USD0.24 billion) for its high-performance Li-ion battery ternary cathode precursor project as well as to supplement its working capital.
