After the completion of the project, it will become the world's largest research and development platform of the third generation of semiconductor, integrating R&D, design, production of epitaxial wafer, chip manufacturing and test. The base is located in Fenhu Lake High-Tech Zone, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, covering a total area of 245,000 square meters and with a total investment of more than RMB6 billion (USD879 million) in the first phase.
