Construction of world's largest gallium nitride plant completed in Suzhou

After the completion of the project, it will become the world's largest research and development platform of the third generation of semiconductor, integrating R&D, design, production of epitaxial wafer, chip manufacturing and test. The base is located in Fenhu Lake High-Tech Zone, Wujiang District, Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province, covering a total area of 245,000 square meters and with a total investment of more than RMB6 billion (USD879 million) in the first phase. The base is expected to start the trial production at the end of this year.
