Australia's Alta Zinc has received results from a recent sampling program at the Gorno Project in Italy.
The project is a lead-zinc-silver deposit located in Northern Italy. Best results confirm the presence of high-grade sulfide mineralization throughout the project and expand the range of new targets.
As previous drilling focused on testing to the west of the Pian Bracca Zone, further drilling has been planned to test for extensions in the northeast and southeast.
Alta Zinc is also continuing with field exploration to search for new potential areas of mineralization and gain a better understanding of the geology. Further, induced-polarity geophysics will be trialed in Q4 over the Pian Bracca north area.
